While the original plan was a BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), we pivoted to a flip to take advantage of the strong market. We completed a full renovation, turning the "fixer-upper" into a modern, high-quality home. By focusing on smart upgrades, we tapped into the high demand in Geelong West and successfully sold the property for a profit.
Projected Outcome:The project is now complete and has been sold. The renovation delivered a beautiful, move-in-ready home that achieved a significant jump in value, meeting the top market rates in Geelong West and providing a great return on investment.
