We acquired the property as a strategic purchase. The home was mid-way through a renovation, providing us with an excellent head start to complete the transformation. We are currently finalizing the updates to bring the entire property up to a high, modern standard. Once completed, we will evaluate the market to decide whether to flip the property for a profit or hold it as a high-yield rental asset.
